Here's how your first visit works.

  1. We check suitability.

    We discuss your skin, hair, medications and tanning history, answer your questions and arrange patch testing. Facial areas are assessed separately.

  2. Your seven-area laser session.

    Your female therapist treats the included areas in a private room, using the cooled handpiece. Allow around 70 minutes for treatment.

  3. Aftercare. Then you decide.

    We'll explain aftercare and what further treatment could involve. A course is usually needed for longer-term reduction. You choose whether to continue.

Yes, $149 is the total for one introductory head to toe session: full face, full arms, full legs, front, back, bikini and underarms.

The offer is for new female clients, once per person.

Is the face really included?

Yes. Full face is part of the $149, not a paid add-on. Facial skin is more sensitive, so your therapist assesses it separately and treats it at settings suited to the area.

Facial hair growth can be linked to hormonal factors, which can affect how many treatments are needed. Your therapist will talk this through at your assessment.

Do I have to buy more sessions?

No package purchase is required to get this price. This is one introductory session. We'll explain any recommended course and its cost, and you decide whether to continue.

Will one session be enough?

Hair grows in cycles, so a course is usually needed for longer-term reduction. The number and spacing of treatments depend on your skin, hair and treatment areas. Some regrowth and maintenance treatments may be needed.

What does treatment feel like?

You may feel warmth or a quick snapping sensation. The handpiece uses contact cooling, and you can ask your therapist to pause. How it feels depends on the area and your sensitivity. Temporary redness and swelling can happen afterwards, and this is more noticeable on the face.

Is it suitable for my skin and hair?

We assess your skin tone, hair and treatment history before treatment and arrange a patch test. This clinic does not treat Fitzpatrick VI skin on this device or perform laser during pregnancy.

If you're unsure, have had a previous laser reaction or have been turned away before, call us before booking.

How should I prepare?

Ask us for your preparation instructions before your visit. We'll explain when to shave and how long to avoid waxing, plucking, threading, tanning and fake tan. Tell us about medications, skincare such as retinol, pregnancy, recent tanning and previous laser reactions.

How do booking and payment work?

Choose your therapist, date and time in Fresha, then enter your details and pay the booking deposit. Your deposit is credited towards the $149 total, with the balance due at your appointment.
